1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on trulybeauty.co.uk. The website is operated by Trulybeauty, located at 29 Lewisham Road, London SE13 7QS, United Kingdom (“Trulybeauty”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. 2. Our products
We sell skincare and body care products. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time. Product information on the site is for general guidance and is not medical advice.
3. Using our products safely
- Check the ingredients list on the product page and on the packaging before use.
- Patch test new products before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
- Stop using a product and seek advice if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant or nursing, speak to a healthcare professional first.
- Keep products out of the reach of children and follow any usage directions provided.
4. Placing an order
Our website guides you through the ordering process. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Where VAT applies, it is included in the displayed price.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- If we find an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery is covered on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Your right to cancel and return items
If you buy from us as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, with some exceptions, such as sealed skincare or body care products that have been opened. 8. Faulty or incorrect goods
We must supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential and make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Trulybeauty or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are sold for personal use only.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier or postal disruption, strikes or supply problems. If this happens we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil your order, refund you.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
