Trulybeauty, located at 29 Lewisham Road, London SE13 7QS, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal information collected through trulybeauty.co.uk. Information we collect
- Identity and contact: your name, email address, phone number and billing and delivery addresses.
- Order and payment: what you bought, order history and payment status. Card details are entered with our payment providers and are not stored by us.
- Account: your login details and saved preferences if you create an account.
- Communications: messages you send us by the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Marketing preferences: whether you have chosen to receive offers from us.
How and why we use it
- To take and deliver your order and handle returns and refunds (contract).
- To manage your account and answer your queries (contract and our legitimate interests in running the business).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure and working (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails about products and offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as far as needed. These include payment providers, couriers and postal services, our website hosting and management provider (CrownHosts), email and communication tools, and analytics providers where you have agreed to analytics cookies. We may also share information where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for six years to meet tax and legal obligations. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email us. We will respond within one month. Some rights are subject to legal limits, for example we must keep certain records for tax purposes.

Children
Our website is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
